About the Role: Head of Compliance, Americas
The Head of Compliance for the Americas will lead the development and execution of a robust compliance framework across the U.S., Canada, and key Caribbean jurisdictions such as The Bahamas. This role is central to OKX’s mission of scaling responsibly while maintaining trust with regulators, customers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Compliance Leadership
Design, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive compliance strategy tailored to the Americas region. Ensure full alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements, with a focus on supporting market expansion and new product launches.
2. Regulatory Expansion & Market Entry
Lead compliance initiatives for U.S. market expansion, particularly in high-complexity areas such as:

3. Product Development Support
